Dr. Rebecca Lyons PT, DPT, Owner
Becka graduated from Quinnipiac University in January 2015 as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She has worked in Acute Neuro Rehab, Inpatient Hospital and Emergency Department, Geriatrics, and Outpatient Rehab with a focus in sports, vestibular/concussion, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Prenatal and Postpartum care is one of her main passions. To support moms through such an impactful physical, mental, and emotional life shift, while maintaining a sense of self and ability brings her a lot of joy and fulfillment.
Outside of work, Becka’s main focus is family time with her husband, Reuben, daughter, Maeve, and their pup, Yannis. She loves to run, hike, canoe, camp, garden and do just about anything outdoors with the crew in tow. And on a rainy day, you’ll find her with a hot cup of tea and a good book…or on the floor surrounded in a mess of baby books and toys!

Reuben Lyons PTA, ATC, Owner
Reuben graduated from River Valley Community College as a Physical Therapist Assistant. After working in the field for a year, he decided to pursue his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at Keene State College, while working as a PTA. Most of Reuben’s career has been spent in the Outpatient Setting with a focus on orthopedic and sports rehab, post surgical care, subacute injury, and chronic dysfunction. Reuben brings an extra edge and understanding of athlete management as an ATC and with his certifications in Professional Bike Fitting.
Outside of work, Reuben enjoys biking, running, fishing, hunting, men’s hockey league, and coaching the local mountain bike team, The Chain Gang.

Dr. Emily Touzov PT, DPT
Emily graduated from Elon University in December 2023 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She earned her bachelor’s in kinesiology and exercise science from the University of New Hampshire in 2019 and has always believed that movement is medicine. Emily has worked in inpatient and outpatient neurologic rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, and acute care. She is especially passionate about treating vestibular disorders, including BPPV, post-concussion symptoms, vestibular hypofunction, and all conditions related to the vestibular system.
When not in the clinic she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, walking her dog Benny, playing guitar, and expanding her vinyl collection.
Dr. Chuck Tabat PT, DPT
Chuck graduated from Franklin Pierce University in January of 2023 with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He earned his bachelor’s in kinesiology and exercise science from the Quinnipiac University in 2019. Prior to joining Elevation PT, Chuck was working in an outpatient neurological clinic with a focus on stroke, MS, and spinal cord injury recovery. Chuck has always been passionate about exercise and getting outdoors.
When not in the clinic, he can be found running, hiking, camping, rock climbing, snowboarding, or relaxing with his dog Guinness.
Renee O’Shea, Front Office
Renee rocks the front desk all day long - her fingers are flying on the key board and her ears are red from being on the phone. We’ll get her bio someday…! In the meantime, we would say:
Renee loves to be outdoors and you will find her working around her home, in her garden, and shearing sheep! She loves running, hiking the NH 4000 Footers, paddle boarding, and more! She also does NOT mind driving and is traveling here, there, and everywhere with her husband to watch her twin daughters run for Franklin Pierce and hike with her son!
